TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SYDOR WEAR ONLINE STORE

§1. General provisions

These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales agreements, making payments, deliveries, returns and complaints.
The Customer is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions before placing an order.
§2. Definitions
Seller – Sydor Łukasz Juszczak.
Store – the online store available at sydorwear.com.
Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making purchases through the Store.
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Goods – a product offered for sale in the Store.
Sales Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer through the Store.
§3. Technical requirements
To use the Store, the following are required:
a device with Internet access,
an up-to-date web browser,
an active e-mail address.
The Seller makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation of the Store; however, the Seller does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions resulting from maintenance work or failures.
§4. Placing orders
Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, all year round.
An order is placed by:
adding products to the cart,
completing the order details,
selecting the delivery and payment method,
confirming the order by clicking the “Buy and pay” button or an equivalent button.
After placing the order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order.
The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing.
§5. Prices and payments
All prices are stated in Polish zloty (PLN).
Product prices are gross prices.
The Customer may use the payment methods available and indicated in the Store.
The Seller reserves the right to change product prices, provided that such changes do not apply to orders already placed.
§6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within the territory of Poland, unless otherwise stated in the Store.
Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process.
The order processing time is usually from 1 to 7 business days from the moment the payment is credited, unless the product description states otherwise.
The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of the carrier.
§7. Right of withdrawal from the agreement
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should send a clear statement by e-mail to:
The returned product should be sent back no later than within 14 days from the date of notifying the Seller of the withdrawal from the agreement.
The refund will be made no later than within 14 days from receiving the information about the withdrawal from the agreement, subject to the Seller’s right to withhold the refund until the product is received or proof of its return shipment is provided.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the Customer.
§8. Complaints
The Seller is liable to the Consumer for the conformity of the goods with the agreement in accordance with applicable law.

Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt.
§9. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.

§10. Out-of-court dispute resolution methods
The Consumer has the option to use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims.

§11. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
the Civil Code,
the Consumer Rights Act,
the GDPR.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organizational reasons.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions do not affect orders placed before the date on which the changes come into force.
These Terms and Conditions are effective from 12.06.2026.

2. Scope and purpose of data processing
Users’ personal data is processed for the purpose of:
processing orders placed in the online store,
handling payments for orders,
delivering purchased products,
handling complaints, returns and product exchanges,
issuing accounting documents and fulfilling tax obligations,
contacting the Customer regarding order processing,
conducting marketing activities, including sending newsletters after consent has been given,
analyzing website traffic and improving the operation of the Store,
pursuing or defending against claims.

7. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area
In connection with the use of Wix services and other internet service providers, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers take place in accordance with applicable law and with the use of appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.
